The photos online suggested that the paint job on this figurine might be a little "off," but mine arrived with a pristine paint job, and is made of a sterner, more solid ceramic than I'd expected at this price. Instead of being disposable, the wedding-cake toppers have been interred into a curio cabinet.

This item is listed with the wrong dimentions, its actually 5 1/2" tall not 7". The box it comes in is 7" long. When I contacted amazon about my purchase they sent me a new one they said was the 7" one but it was the same as the first. So beware of the false description when buying.They are aware of it but have not fixed the measurements listed.

We want to THANK YOU with all our hearts for sending this wedding topper groom in a 'next day' shipping time frame!! We looked all over the 'world' for a groom that would match our 'bride' that we got from another website, who didn't clarify that we were not buying the 'set'. 1 week before our wedding, we had a bride topper without a groom, & the matching groom was out of stock!! Needless to say we were quite upset!! Another site said 'we can have it to you in 2 days - after the 3 day processing time! We thought we were going to have to settle for something else until I came across this groom to be shipped & delivered in less than 2 days! I didn't waste a minute ordering him, & crossing my fingers for the best. Here's the kicker that made the day: I thought I was ordering a plastic groom to go with my porcelain bride, AND I thought he was going to be shorter than her! MUCH TO OUR SURPRISE, not only did he arrive the day before the wedding, but he was TALL, PORCELAIN & HANDSOME!! We were ecstatic! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!
