What I received was approximately 20 small sheets, 3"x7", of purple tissue paper and no instructions. It would be IMPOSSIBLE to make 8 of the pictured item. This item is an obvious scam item where the vendor is hoping many buyers will not take the time to return the item, or not buy Amazon Prime. If I found this item in a hobby store I would not pay more than 50 cents, this vendor is charging $15.00. Amazon, please bar this vendor from selling through Amazon as they give Amazon a bad name.
